"Laurina I want to thank you for your amazing classes where you respect people individually for their own ability and your gentle words encouraging us to embrace the wonderful world of yoga. I went to a hot yoga class tonight. It was fast paced. So terribly hot with sweat dripping off me. I have come home exhausted, smelly and feeling dehydrated. After every single class I have experienced in my short time with you I feel relaxed, energised and well stretched but with full respect to my body and what I can do. I can’t wait for my weekend of yoga. Thanks for being so awesome. X"
